We want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchases on this website. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED product within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.
EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
Currently, the only way to exchange a product is to return it and place a new order.
Before returning any product to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The products you wish to return:
· must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were received by you;
· must be returned complete with all of their parts and accessories;
· must be sent in their original packaging;
· must be returned to our facilities within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery;
Only if all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund you.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Email us within 24 hours after placing your order at email@example.com. We will cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.
RETURN YOUR ORDER
Before returning an order, we kindly ask you to email us within seven (7) days from the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you are returning it.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If your product has any defect, you can return it free of charge. Simply follow the steps listed above. In this case, you will receive a product with the same exact features as the product you previously ordered.
If you choose to return a product for any reason other than a defect, the shipping costs will be subtracted from the refunded value.
Please note that we do not have control over customs offices in your country. As such, it may occasionally happen that your package is temporarily held by customs, which may delay the delivery time.
